Dobbs, Amanda

Amanda Dobbs is the Associate Director of Public Relations and Communications for Research at Georgia State University. In this role, she supports the communications needs for the Office of the Vice President of Research and Economic Development and manages a portfolio of products that highlight and serve the work of researchers across the university. She has broad experience in corporate communications, content strategy, and copywriting for organizations large and small, including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the American Cancer Society. Ms. Dobbs holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Georgia.
