OncoSpherix was founded with the goal of making a difference in the lives of the more than 600,000 cancer patients who die from unresectable solid tumors in the U.S. each year.
OncoSpherix is a preclinical stage oncology drug development company that is advancing a platform of small molecule therapeutics designed to treat many types of advanced cancer by blocking the adaptation that allows tumors to thrive and spread under low oxygen conditions. The company’s drugs are designed to be given in combination with other treatments and improve quality of life by preventing cancer growth and spread in patients with a variety of advanced cancers.
